Curly braces on a Mac: The short Mac keyboard reference running Windows

I’ve started using a MacBook Pro for ordinary day use at work, as I’m about to embark on an iPhone journey. This requires a Macintosh!

As I’m also using the Macbook Pro for Windows development (.NET) as well, I have to span 2 different keyboards and OS’s on the same machine. Now – the Mac does not have the same number of keys as the ordinary Windows PC does, hence one is missing a lot of keys that you have come to know by heart. To help out myself as I tend to forget this exoteric keyboard mapping; I’ve decided to compile a list of keyboard shortcuts when operating in the Windows Operativ System on a Mac.

Note: I’ve a DK keyboard scheme set up.

Combination/Key Keyboard (Windows) Keyboard (Mac)
Delete del fn + backspace
@ ctrl + 2 alt(right) + *
/ shift + 7 shift + 7
\ alt gr + < alt(right) + <
[ alt gr + 8 alt(right) + 8
] alt gr + 9 alt(right) + 9
{ alt gr + 7 alt(right) + 7
} alt gr + 0 alt(right) + 0
Page Down   fn + page down
Page Up   fn + page up
|   alt(right) + ´
Print Screen (print screen :-) Shift + Fn + F11

I am using most of these shortcut keys for my working that I have been doing in the official working. Many of these commends are new for me that are being recently used.
